What began as a job for me turned into a passion and a commitment to serving people. Many of the people who come to CHS have complex medical needs and other personal issues.  The level of trust that I've been able to develop in the relationships I have with my patients goes much further than diagnosing illnesses or prescribing medications.  We are more like family and friends to them, often lending a listening ear.  We are a source of hope and I have seen that hope motivate many to turn their lives around.  The rewards of being a part of the CHS family - from professional to spiritual - greatly outweigh the challenges, making my time here one of the best experiences in my life.
