Our medical staff consists of licensed practitioners – physicians, dentists, nurse practitioners and behavioral health clinicians who are all Board-certified or eligible for Board-certification in their respective specialties. 

CHS is committed to providing safe, high quality healthcare.  Attesting to this commitment, CHS is accredited by the Joint Commission – the nationally recognized Gold Standard in healthcare.  The Joint Commission has maintained state-of-the-art standards that focus on improving the quality and safety of care provided by health care organizations.  The Joint Commission evaluates and accredits nearly 15,000 health care organizations and programs in the United States. 

Joint Commission accreditation is a voluntary process and only a small percentage of health centers have gone through it.  To earn and maintain The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval™, an organization must undergo an on-site survey by a Joint Commission survey team at least every three years.  CHS has been accredited since 2003.
