If you feel more comfortable calling to schedule an appointment, please call us at 860.249.9625 and enter the appropriate department extension to speak to a receptionist who is looking forward to assisting you!
We are currently working on the ability to request an appointment through the patient portal! Once you request the appointment, one of our receptionists will follow up with you to confirm the appointment! We hope to have this feature available soon!
