How to Give to CHS

Convenient, affordable healthcare for all is essential to enhancing the overall quality of life in a community, not an option. As the largest, independent, community-based ambulatory care program in the area, (CHS) plays a vital role in achieving a reduction in health disparities. Dynamic clinical and social support programs, a team of dedicated professionals, and strong partnerships are at the heart of CHS’ maintaining a valued community presence.

Contributions from our partners - private, and public foundations, corporations, employee groups, churches and individuals - help maintain CHS’ annual operating budget and capital fund. These funds are imperative, not only to our planned growth, but to our daily existence.

Your contribution will help CHS to continue and expand its medical, dental, behavioral health and social service programs to those in our community who need it most – families without insurance, children, the elderly and the homeless. CHS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and your contribution is tax deductible. Your gift of any amount is greatly appreciated and will be earmarked for direct patient care.
