Community Health Services’ Department of Pediatrics provides care to children and families, starting from pregnancy and birth, through infancy and childhood, and into the teen age years. Our pediatricians and nursing staff are available to assist families with care and advice for all childhood illnesses, assist with management of chronic illnesses, such as asthma and provide check-ups and preventive care. Working hand in hand with parents and families, it is our mission to help assure that every child reaches his or her full potential – making Hartford’s next generation its strongest and brightest ever.

We have two full-time, Board-certified Pediatricians, with privileges at Hartford Hospital and Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, so children, parents and parents-to-be, have access to the finest care.

Services include: Urgent medical care. Complete physicals (by appointment) for infants, school or WIC; Newborn hospital visits within 24 hours and until discharge.
