Brittney Brooks, BSW, Case Manager

 

Brittney Brooks is the behavioral health case manager. She received her bachelors in Social Work from Delaware State University in Dover, DE and is currently pursuing her masters in social work at Simmons University in Boston, MA. She has over 10 years of experience in successfully engaging with clients to identify their needs, develop and implement case management plans and appropriately educate clients on the process.
