Community Health Services, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, mission driven leader to serve as our Chief Legal and Human Resources Officer. As a member of Senior Management Team, the CLHRO leads the overall legal strategy, administers compliance, privacy, and risk-management programs, and oversees the Human Resources, including managing the labor relations matters.

We're excited about you because you...

  • Are a graduate of an accredited school of law

  • Are an active member of the Connecticut bar

  • Have 3 – 5 years of experience practicing law in a private practice setting or in the legal department of an organization

  • Have experience administering collective bargaining agreements in conjunction with good negotiation skills

  • Are proactive, can provide clear judgement, and are a naturally good communicator.

  • Enjoy problem-solving and are comfortable making decisions in the grey.
