Community Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Data and Integration Analyst,  Reporting to the Health Informatics Manager.

Community Health Services, Inc. is seeking an Data Integration Analyst for the IT Department.  Reporting to the Health Informatics Manager, the Data Integration Analyst develops and maintains data analytic tools to support business goals with a focus on population health management, quality of care and operational performance. 

The successful candidate will:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a STEM field (or relevant work experience).

  • Experience in a clinical environment with a focus on Operational, Financial, and Clinical Quality Improvement data collection and analysis.

  • Strong knowledge of relational database structures.

  • Strong knowledge of SQL database structures, querying and reporting services.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Access, Crystal Reports, and\or other data analysis\dashboard software such as Power BI

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and ODBC connections)

  • Strong knowledge of HL7 message structure and 
    integration tools

  • In collaboration with end-users, design and implement tools to measure data on 
    clinical, operational, financial, program, and department performance for internal 
    and external stakeholders.

  • Work autonomously and collaboratively with end-users, defining requirements and 
    validating results to provide accurate and complete reports.
    Participate in special projects & meetings, lending data expertise, and actionable 

  • Identify, develop, and implement methods for improving reporting efficiency
    including tools, self-help and dashboards.

  • Design, develop & maintain complex processes that integrate data and systems.

  • Promote new systems and tools and provide staff training.

  • Provide Tier I and II support for data systems and report requests as well as Tier I 
    support for general IT and clinical system requests.

  • Continually review the latest data analytics & integration technology available for 
    healthcare systems and recommend updates and changes as needed.

  • Participate in quality and process improvement efforts in the department and the 
    organization as needed.

  • Complete training and professional development requirements in a timely

  • Perform all duties in accordance with CHS Core Values, Compliance Program, and
