CHS is proud to be hosting our annual fair on August 13th, 2015 from 11 am to 3 pm during National Health Center week! The event is always FREE and open to the public.

There will be over 40 vendors with resources and information for participants. Our 6 departments will be in attendance with some offering free health screenings and scheduling of appointments!

Some of the FUN activities include face painting, balloon animals, a bouncy house, henna tatoos, dancing and music.
