Gabriella Smith, PA-C

Gaby is a 1997 graduate of the Howard University PA program; she has been practicing medicine and living in Hartford ever since. She brings experience in Cardiology, congestive heart failure, and lifestyle medicine to CHS. She obtained a master’s degree in Integrative Health and Healing in 2020.  She has a strong commitment to our community, having been a member of the CT Army National Guard and working at St. Francis for over two decades.  When she isn’t at work, she loves gardening, painting, and traveling with her husband and children.
