VISITOR CODE OF CONDUCT
ย At Community Health Services (CHS), we strive to provide a safe and caring environment for staff, visitors, patients, and their families. We ask and expect that visitors, patients and accompanying family members will help us with this by treating staff and other visitors with courtesy and respect and by refraining from behaviors that are disruptive or pose a threat to the rights or safety of other patients and staff.
The following conduct is prohibited at CHS:
- Possession of firearms or weapons of any kind
- Physical violence, arson, or inflicting bodily harm
- Smoking or vaping tobacco or marijuana
- Consuming illegal drugs
- The use of profanity or abusive language
- Making threats to harm another individual or destroy property
- Stealing or intentionally damaging equipment or property
- Attempting to intimidate or harass other individuals
- Taking video, audio recordings or photos with a cell phone
- Making offensive comments relates to an individualโs race, ethnicity, color, gender, sexuality, age, medical condition, or other personal characteristic
- Making sexually inappropriate/offensive comments or gestures
If you witness or are subjected to one of these behaviors, please report it to Security or another staff member. ย Individuals who violate this Code of Conduct are subject to removal from CHS, discharge from care and/or exclusion from CHS premises in the future.

En un esfuerzo por proporcionar un ambiente seguro y agradable para el personal, visitantes, pacientes y sus familias, Community Health Services, Inc. - Intentar intimidar o acosar a otras personas
- Tomar grabaciones de video, audio, o fotos con un telรฉfono celular
- Hacer comentarios ofensivos acerca de la raza, el color, el gรฉnero, la orientaciรณn sexual, edad, condiciรณn mรฉdica u otra caracterรญstica de otra persona.
- Hacer comentarios o gestos sexualmente inapropiados o ofensivos
Si usted es testigo o estรก sujeto a uno de estos comportamientos, por favor informe a Seguridad u otro miembro del personal. Las personas que violen este Cรณdigo de Conducta estรกn sujetos a ser removidos de CHS y la exclusiรณn de las instalaciones de CHS en el futuro. Los pacientes que violen este cรณdigo de conducta estรกn sujetos a la baja de cuidado y la exclusiรณn de las instalaciones de CHS en el futuro.
