Community Health Services, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Medical Receptionist/Outbound caller in our busy Women's Health practice. The ideal candidate must have medical office front desk/reception experience. Knowledge of electronic medical records, appointment scheduling, insurance, referrals and authorizations is required. 

 

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. This candidate must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work well with a team.

And you have:
  • High school diploma (or equivalent!)

  • One year of experience in a medical setting or healthcare insurance organization OR

  • Two years of experience in a customer service role OR

  • A diploma certificate in a clinical training program (i.e. medical, dental, CNA, etc.)
